Villa Agave can be found at the top of a small hill overlooking Porto Rafti bay and the Eastern Attica sea. Even though the place feels remote and far away from crowds and noise, anything you may need is only a short distance away.

The versatile space is suitable for a vacation with the extended family, a holiday for a group of around 10 people, or even for small groups of business people gathering for a brainstorming session.

The property combines a 300 m² house and a 2000 m² garden. There is a front gate and a surrounding wall, which makes it into a small island without direct interaction with other houses. There are three storeys to the house. On the ground floor, you can find the kitchen, a bathroom, secondary lavatories and the dining room with a fireplace. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. Furthermore, the entire first floor is surrounded by a continuous balcony that surrounds the whole house. The master bedroom with its private balcony and bathroom are on the second floor, as are two other bedrooms.

Through plenty of trial and error, the Mediterranean garden has been transformed into the place of relaxation we always imagined. It contains a blend of several varieties of cypress, pine, pomegranate and olive trees, interspersed with an abundance of herbs like oregano, lavender, rosemary and laurel. The many different cacti and succulent plants are also a sight to behold. You will not want for space to bask in either sun or shade, to enjoy the view of the sea or the sunset. You can have a barbecue or have some drinks by the swimming pool, while there are also many cozy sitting spots to discover, to simply sit and enjoy the stillness.

The garden and the ground floor of the house are wheelchair accessible, and sleeping accommodation for two can be arranged by the fireplace.

Our car, a Mercedes ML400 jeep (2004) can be used for up to 7 people and is available upon request.

From Villa Agave, it will take you only 15 minutes by car to reach Athens International Airport, and 45 minutes to drive to the center of Athens. Take your time, relaxing by the trees in the garden, to prepare your trip to Athens, where you can visit the Parthenon, the Akropolis Museum, the National Gallery, Plaka, Monastiraki, the meat and fish market, and all the other things the city can offer you.

You can go for a swim in the clear blue sea at one of ten beaches or one of the many other swimming spots in the Porto Rafti area. You can find them all at a 2–15 minute drive. You will find something to your liking amidst the seemingly endless variety: sandy beaches for people with children or elderly people, rocky sections for the adventurous amongst us, the best spot for a morning swim, even some to float in the water while watching the sunset. Regardless of wind, temperature and time of day, there is always a right place by the sea.
